She was married to O. J. Simpson from 1985 until 1992. Nicole Brown (May 19, 1959 – June 12, 1994) was the ex-wife of the former professional American football player. Sydney and Justin, their two children, were raised by her.

On June 12, 1994, Brown and her companion, waiter Ron Goldman, were both fatally slain at their Los Angeles homes, two years after their divorce from Simpson. Simpson was detained and charged with both murders despite a history of physically assaulting Brown and threatening to kill him. Simpson was cleared of all charges following a contentious and widely reported criminal trial that had evidence connecting Simpson to the killings. Later, he was held accountable for both deaths in a civil trial lawsuit in 1997.

Brown’s parents, Juditha Anne “Judy” Brown (née Baur, 1931-2020) and Louis Hezekiel “Lou” Brown, Jr., welcomed him into the world on May 19, 1959, in Frankfurt, West Germany (1923–2014).  Her father was American, while her mother was German. She attended Rancho Alamitos High School in Garden Grove, California, after arriving in the country. In 1976, she earned her diploma from Dana Hills High School in Dana Point, California. She was reared a Roman Catholic, and she died one.

According to The Sun.com Nicole Brown, who later attended high school in California, was born in Frankfurt, Germany, to a German mother and an American father. In 1977, Brown first encountered her future husband, professional NFL player OJ Simpson, while working as a waiter at a Beverly Hills private club.

Sydney and Justin were born into the couple’s marriage in 1985, although she later sought divorce from Simpson on the grounds of “irreconcilable differences.” The body of 35-year-old Brown was discovered outside her Brentwood, Los Angeles, home on June 13, 1994. Ron Goldman, a restaurant waiter, was also discovered in her residence, lying in a pool of blood in the fetal position.

While Simpson was still wed to his first wife Marguerite, who was carrying their daughter Aaren at the time, they started dating. Marguerite and Simpson got divorced in March 1979. On February 2, 1985, five years after Simpson left the field of professional football, Brown, and Simpson were wed. Sydney and Justin were born to them during the course of their seven-year marriage.
