Guy Burt’s British spy thriller series Alex Rider is adapted from Anthony Horowitz’s books of the same name. Along with Eve Gutierrez, Jill Green, Paula Cuddy, Nicole Finnan, and Wayne Garvie, Burt and Horowitz serve as executive producers.
In 2020, the show’s first season debuted, and in 2021, the second season would premiere on December 3. Critics were generally kind to the show, and it currently has an 85% approval rating on the review aggregator site rotten tomatoes. The show’s creators have decided to return for a third season after hearing rave reviews from viewers.
Plot
Alex didn’t attend a school for affluent teens so he could flaunt his brand-new BMW and learn valuable skills. He neglected his academics for quite some time and was not blessed with a wealthy father who would provide for all of his whims.
He’s had enough of the self-important rich kids who attend private schools. Even though he doesn’t want to be around the people he dislikes, he has to remain with them so that he can solve a murder.
Alex needs to learn more about his late uncle, but young snobs only know how to count money and itch their tongues. As if that weren’t enough, the deaths of two billionaires have been linked to this private institution.
Alex will attempt to adopt their routines and values in an effort to blend in and be accepted. Even though he lacks experience in investigations, he was the only teenager in the area who was willing to help the secret authorities.

The third season of Alex Rider has been ordered after the show’s second season premiered in December 2021. Given that, we can probably expect the premiere of the third season to occur in the year 2022.
Like the previous two seasons, the upcoming season may include eight episodes. Production companies Eleventh Hour Films and Sony Pictures Television are responsible for the show.
