Enola Holmes 3 Release Date: Will There Be an Enola Holmes 3?

Enola Holmes 2, which debuted on Netflix earlier today, finds Millie Bobby Brown back in action as the younger sister of Sherlock Holmes, Enola Holmes, solving crimes (4th November).

Enola Holmes returns in the sequel to the hugely popular first movie Enola Holmes, which is based on the Nancy Springer novel series of the same name. She follows in her brother’s footsteps by opening her own detective agency. Enola quickly learns that owning your own agency is more difficult than it first appears, and just as she is about to give up on ever getting a case, she is given the opportunity to assist in the search for her client’s missing sister.

Henry Cavill reprises his role as Sherlock Holmes in the film, and Helena Bonham Carter plays Eudoria, the mother of Sherlock and Enola. The conclusion of Enola Holmes 2 leaves plenty of room for a third movie, but has that been confirmed?

Will There Be an Enola Holmes 3?

A third Enola Holmes movie has not yet been confirmed by Netflix. However, there’s a good chance that Millie Bobby Brown will reprise her role as Enola given how well the first movie did and how well the second one hopefully will as well.

And given that Himesh Patel’s character Dr. John Watson was first introduced to us in the ending credits scene, there is a good chance that our favourite cast members will be back.

The third instalment of Enola Holmes is eagerly anticipated after the sequel was given the thumbs-up. Enola Holmes is a series that cannot end with only two parts to its credit, even though the creators have not confirmed anything. The release of Enola Holmes 3 is anticipated for early 2024 or late 2025, based on the Enola Holmes series’ formula. After the release of Enola Holmes 1 in 2020, Enola Holmes 2 wasn’t released for another two years.

Who Might Star in Enola Holmes 3?

Millie Bobby Brown will undoubtedly return if a third movie is confirmed because Enola Holmes would obviously be very strange without her. Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes, Helen Bonham Carter as Enola and Sherlock’s mother Eudoria, Louis Partridge as Tewkesbury, Susie Wokoma as Edith, and Adeel Akhtar as Lestrade would all ideally return for a third film.

Enola Holmes 3 Release Date

Due to scheduling issues, Sam Claflin was unable to appear in Enola Holmes 2 as Enola’s brother Mycroft Holmes. Hopefully, he will be able to do so for a third film. Harry Bradbeer, the director of Enola Holmes 2, said that if a third film is made, Sam is welcome to return “Sam was not going to be there because his schedule had become very clear. We regret that Sam is unable to participate in this one. If there was a subsequent one, we would dearly love for him to return “He informed Collider.

It would be ideal if Sharon Duncan-iconic Brewster’s villain Moriarty made a third movie. Additionally, Himesh Patel has joined the cast as Dr. John Watson, Sherlock’s sidekick, as revealed in the credits scene, and he will ideally be back for a third movie.

What Might Happen In enola Holmes 3?

The main mystery is resolved at the end of Enola Holmes 2, but there were many hints as to what might occur in a third movie. Moriarty is seen escaping from prison, so it is likely that she will come back and cause the Holmes family a tonne of trouble. Dr. John Watson is also introduced, who will probably play a significant role in a potential third movie. Despite being based on Nancy Springer’s book series of the same name, the Enola Holmes movies rarely stick closely to the novels’ plots.
