Good Bones Season 7: Where Can I Watch Season Seven?
There will soon be more Good Bones. The famous mother-daughter home-renovation show will return for a seventh season with 13 new episodes on HGTV in the summer of 2022.
HGTV says that 12 million people have watched Season 6 since it started on June 29. The early renewal comes after only six episodes. Also, Discovery+ is making Good Bones: Risky Business with Mina Starsiak Hawk, a spinoff show that will also air in the summer of 2022.
Good Bones will keep following Starsiak Hawk, a real estate agent and mother of two, and her lawyer mother, Karen E. Laine, as they buy more run-down homes in Indianapolis, where they live. In each episode, the couple will tear down the houses to their studs and turn them into beautiful family homes while giving viewers a look into their own lives.
Hgtv Has Ordered the Seventh Season of Good Bones, and Discovery+ Has Ordered a Spinoff
“Mina and Karen’s personal lives are interesting, and they are also very skilled and creative in remodeling, which is why the camera loves them. It’s not surprising that they keep getting new fans year after year. The great thing about picking up a show in the middle of the season is that we know it’s good and will do well,” said HGTV president Jane Latman.
In the six-part spinoff series, Mina will go alone to buy the historic Sanders House in the Fountain Square neighborhood of Indianapolis. The property, which is more than 100 years old and has a main house and a carriage house, is more than 6,000 square feet and will be Mina’s most significant project in terms of size and cost. It will need to be carefully fixed up to bring the Sanders House back to its former glory.
Starsiak Hawk said, “The Sanders House is an amazing piece of history.” “It’s a lot more than I’ve ever done before, but I’m determined to make it the shining star of the neighborhood again.”
Lisa Holme, Group SVP Content and Commercial Strategy for Discovery, Inc., said, “Part of our plan for discovery+ is to serve our biggest fans by going even deeper into their favorite shows and stories.” “By focusing on one big project, Good Bones: Risky Business is an exciting new step for this franchise, and it’s the perfect streaming companion to the hit HGTV show.
The Seventh Season of Good Bones Starts on July 12 on HGTV
The seventh season of Good Bones starts on HGTV on Tuesday, July 12, at 9 p.m. ET. There will be 14 episodes in the new season, and you can stream them on discovery+.
Mina, a real estate agent and mother of two, and her lawyer mother, Karen, play the lead in the show. It shows how the two buy run-down homes in Indianapolis and fix them.
In the New Season, Mina and Karen Deal With Changes in the Real Estate Market and New Problems.
In the new season of Good Bones, Mina is looking for more ways to grow the home renovation business she and her mother run. Since the real estate market is changing, they have moved into new areas and taken on client renovation projects. They also help a fellow female business owner whose bridal shop is moving into a new space, the first time they have worked on a commercial space.
In the first episode of Season 7 of Good Bones, Karen and Mina return to the Fountain Square area. What is it? Making changes to a cottage-like home that is cute but expensive. To make it pay off, they’ll need to add modern amenities without losing the vintage charm that will make the property appealing to buyers.
Mina Has Said That the New Season of “Good Bones” Will Be Unique
It will be a different season because most, if not all, of what happened during COVID. So, it’s just been this weird dance of all the usual things in construction; she told PopCulture.com in an interview earlier this year. “Again, I don’t know how they’ll cut it, but we had to stop filming for a while because of the pandemic, and there are still so few supplies.
Because of this, there will be “many more layers to the drama than in any other season.” Mina gave me some. “I’m curious to see how that looks after it’s been edited and everyone else has seen it.”
Good Bones fans can also look forward to the HGTV star’s new series, Good Bones: Risky Business, which is a spinoff of Good Bones. The six-episode show, announced last summer, will follow Mina as she works on a vast project by herself: fixing up an old house and its separate carriage house. It will only be available to stream on discovery+, and the first episode will air in the summer of 2022
