Rick and Morty Season 5: What We Know About Season 6 Release?
The fifth season of the popular animated Adult Swim show ended last year, and fans are already waiting for news about the sixth season. The fifth season of Rick and Morty can now be streamed on HBO Max and Hulu! But even though many fans could watch the episodes, just as many couldn’t wait for the entire season to be available to stream. This means that now is the best time to start watching these episodes for the first time or to watch your favorites again.
Season 5 of Rick and Morty is now on HBO Max and Hulu, along with the show’s first four seasons. That means you can now watch all ten episodes of each season, and fans can even watch all five seasons again while they wait for the next one to come out. Until then, you can finally start Season 5 by going to your favorite streaming service. Here’s a way to get excited about the event, thanks to a particular ad for Adult Swim:
Rick and Morty are set to come back for Season 6 sometime this year, but no one knows precisely when. Like the fifth season, the next season is coming out quickly, which is another sign that there probably won’t be long gaps between episodes.

Rick and Morty Season 6 Release Date
Now that the show’s creators don’t have to wait for renewal to make new episodes, it looks like Rick and Morty’s release schedule could become more regular.
During Rick and Morty’s panel at the Adult Swim Festival 2021 in November, the network announced that the show would start in 2022. (via ScreenRant). That’s as close as we could get to an actual date, but season six could come around the summer of 2022, a year after season five ended.
The Adult Swim Block Party in 2022 will give us even more critical information. ComicBook says we’ll get our first look at season six at the live event. If you can’t get to Philadelphia between August 5 and 7, don’t worry! The event will be live-streamed on YouTube, but it’s unclear whether the video will be up over the weekend.

So please don’t put all your money on a summer release, especially since we won’t see the first footage until August. Adult Swim could surprise us with a new episode around Christmas or change things up so that attacks come out less often. Co-creator Justin Roiland suggested putting a month between each episode so that his team could have more time to think.
Who’s to say that Rick and Morty won’t try that one day, or at least make some holiday-themed episodes first? As Valentine’s Day treat, we’d eat a Pickle Rick.
Rick and Morty Season 6 Cast
Rick and Morty don’t work without Rick and Morty, no matter what dimension we’re in. Justin Roiland will have to play both leading roles again in season six, but who will join him?
Chris Parnell, Sarah Chalke, and Spencer Grammer will certainly be back as Jerry, Beth, and Summer Smith. Chalke will probably keep playing Beth and Space Beth, who might be a copy of Beth.
Kari Wahlgren as Jessica.
Keith David was the President of the United States.
Dan Harmon as Birdperson/Phoenixperson and also Mr. Nimbus
Alison Brie as Planetina
Christina Ricci as Princess Poñeta, the princess of the CHUD
Darren Criss as Bruce Chutback
Mr. Poopybutthole also showed up again at the end of season five, so we expect Justin Roiland to play this role again at some point in the future, even if it’s just for an annual update on his love life.
