Roswell Season 4 Release Date: Who Is the 4th Alien in Roswell?
This “Dawson’s Creek meets the X-Files,” soundtrack-heavy WB series premiered only a few weeks after Law and Order: SVU’s first season debut in the fall of 1999. After Jason Katims adapted a novel series called “Roswell High” for television, viewers got to see what happened to a group of adolescents in the Southwest who discovered aliens had abducted them.
Roswell made its WB debut, although it, like Gina Matthews and Ryan Murphy’s “Popular,” was a short-lived series. The third season on UPN followed its departure from the CW-focused network, which would become known as the Teen Channel (via Variety).
The CW launched a revival of the eerie series, this time renamed “Roswell, New Mexico,” just shy of two decades later.
In part because of its availability on Netflix, the revival, created by Carina Adly MacKenzie, soon attracted enough of a following to return for a second and third season. It’s time to look at what Season 4 has in store for fans, following the show’s dramatic Season 3 conclusion.

After months of rumors, the season’s premiere date has been confirmed as June 6, 2022. (via Deadline).

Fans on the show’s subreddit were relieved to learn that the new season would be out in time for their Seasons 1-3 viewing marathon. What characters, if any, can those viewers hope to see or miss in the future season of the show?

As recently as September of last year, Deadline announced that “Grown-ish” star Zoe Cipres and “The Originals” actor Andrew Lees would join the Season 4 cast as Bonnie and Clyde, two infamous bank robbers.

In Roswell, Season 4, What Can Viewers Look Forward to?
Season 3 of “Roswell, New Mexico” ended with many unanswered questions, but at least a few will be answered in Season 4 of the show. When it comes to finding Liz, the cliffhanger mystery of what exactly the woman is seeking and how Appleby fits into the plot are two questions that remain unanswered.
In an interview with TV Line, Hollier didn’t reveal either woman’s true identity, but he shed some insight into what the following season has in store for the rest of the cast. Despite Liz and Max ultimately sharing a kiss, Hollier predicted that the road ahead would be difficult.

“Another goal,” he said, “was to grow the characters up and offer them new challenges. It doesn’t matter if you’re in a relationship or have found your soul mate if everything is always rainbows. As you progress in your career, you’ll face more difficult tasks.”
He added that even if antagonist Jones (also played by Nathan Dean Parsons) has been defeated, the scars he left behind will never be forgotten. “Due to a shift in the plot, Jones is no longer the main villain in our story, but he still had a significant impact.
A lot of damage has been done.” Last but not least, the executive producer hinted at problems in other relationships on the show and even indicated a possible romance between Kyle and Isobel. There will be more twists and turns in Season 4 of The CW revival.
