Seal Team Season 6: When It Will Be Renewed?
We know that SEAL Team fans are eager to answer some of their biggest questions about Season 6, like whether or not the show will be on in the fall of 2022-2023. Since the show was renewed in February 2022, fans already know that the next season will start this year. Because of this, it’s easy to see why these questions have made fans more excited and piqued their interest. Keep reading until you get to the end, where you’ll find all the answers.
Fans’ enthusiasm has made it easy for the network to keep going with the story, and it doesn’t look like the show will end any time soon. If you’re one of those people who wants to know more about the possible release date, you don’t have to look any further. We’ve put together everything you need to know about the SEAL Team Season 6 release date because fans have been interested in the show’s premiere.
SEAL Team’s official Instagram account also confirmed that the show would be back on CBS in the fall of 2022. It said, “Target acquired: Season 6 of #SEALTeam is coming to #ParamountPlus.
We saw that subscribers coming to SEAL Team first when they signed up for Paramount+ were very engaged and activated, so we’re delighted with the results. Tanya Giles, in charge of programming for Paramount+, said this at TCA when the streaming service had its turn. “It is one of our most popular originals, so we know that fans were able to find the show and Paramount+.”
Also, Paramount+’s end-of-year report on its best original content for 2021 said that SEAL Team and Evil were the two most-watched original drama series on the platform. With this confirmation, we’re sure that the show won’t be delayed for unimportant reasons and that the fall episodes will air as planned. Fans are asked to be patient because this kind of information takes time and is pushed to get people to watch the show.
The network has confirmed that the show will be back on September 18, 2022. Since SEAL Team is now a Paramount Plus Original, the sixth season will start with brand-new episodes. On August 19, 2022, the official Instagram account for SEAL Team told its followers, “Buckle up. SEAL Team starts on September 18 exclusively on #ParamountPlus.” Check out the official message below:

Nicole Clemens, President of Paramount+ Original Scripted Series, said, “We are thrilled to have SEAL Team back for another season on Paramount+.” “The show’s loyal fans followed it to its new exclusive home, and it has proven to be a high-performing title for the service, always in the top 10 most-watched original series. We can’t wait for fans to see what our brilliant creative Team has in store for Team Bravo next season.
The series shows how hard it is for members of the Bravo Team, a sub-unit of the United States Naval Special Warfare Development Group, the Navy SEALs’ most elite group, to plan and carry out dangerous missions on short notice around the world.
So, the next season is likely to continue the story from All Bravo Stations, the last episode of the fifth season, which came out on January 23, 2022. Christopher Chulack is in charge of the episode’s direction, and Spencer Hudnut wrote it.
In the last episode, viewers see that Bravo has to make a dangerous escape before they can leave Venezuela behind. Returning to Virginia Beach, they find themselves in an even worse situation. The new season should pick up where this one left off and pick up any cliffhangers or side stories from the last season. It should also dive into this world with more experiments, giving viewers something new to think about instead of the same old themes.

Cast and Crew
The same actors from last season will likely come back and keep the story going in the next season. Here is a list of the show’s most important characters who have a new cast member:
- David Boreanaz plays Master Chief Special Warfare Operator Jason Hayes, also known as Bravo 1/1B, who is in charge of a Navy SEAL team (Bravo Team) that has just lost one of its members.
- Max Thieriot plays Special Warfare Operator Second Class Clay Spenser, also known as Bravo 6/6B. He is a second-generation Navy SEAL training to become Tier One, and his combat readiness is questioned. At the end of “The Exchange,” he joins the Bravo Team. Twice, he was the Team’s second-in-command for a short time.
- Jessica Paré is the CIA contact for Amanda “Mandy” Ellis and the Bravo Team. In “My Life for Yours,” Mandy gave away the location of a CIA asset. Because of this, she lost her officer rank and is now an interrogator for the CIA.
- As Chief Warrant Officer 2, Neil Brown Jr. Raymond “Ray” Perry, who used to be Senior Chief Special Warfare Operator and was also known as Bravo 2/2B, is Jason’s best friend and has been with the Team the longest. In episode 3 of season 4, Ray is given the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2.
- J. Buckley plays Special Warfare Operator First Class Percival “Sonny” Quinn, also known as Bravo 3/3B. Quinn is a loyal but sometimes volatile SEAL who is best in firefights and doesn’t want to be in charge.
- Toni Trucks as Lieutenant (junior grade) Lisa Davis was a Logistics Specialist First Class, then became an Ensign. Since season 3, she has been a DEVGRU Intelligence Officer, primarily working with Bravo Team.
- During season 4, Judd Lormand, Lieutenant Commander, was promoted to Commander, and Eric Blackburn, who had been in charge of Bravo Team, was promoted to Executive Officer of DEVGRU.
- Raffi Barsoumian plays Senior Chief Special Warfare Operator Omar Hamza on the show. He has been a SEAL for 15 years and is the son of Syrian immigrants. Omar knows a lot about the Middle East and uses that knowledge to help missions in the area go smoothly.
- CBS Studios make SEAL Team. The show’s executive producers are Spencer Hudnut, Christopher Chulack, Sarah Timberman, Carl Beverly, Mark Owen, and David Boreanaz. Paramount Global Content Distribution sends the series all over the world.
The sixth season of The SEAL Team will be the shortest. After four seasons on CBS, the show moved to Paramount+ for its fifth season. Each season had between 16 and 22 episodes. Four of Season 5’s 14 episodes were shown first on the broadcast networks, while the other 10 were only shown first on Paramount+. The 10 episodes in Season 6 are typical for a streaming season, which lasts between 43 and 48 minutes.
