Season three of The Mandalorian has officially begun filming, and we have all the details you’ll need.

Update on filming for Season 3 of “The Mandalorian”

The third season of The Mandalorian has ended production, according to the show’s star and director Carl Weathers. The story was confirmed by Weathers, who retweeted a tweet from the Star Wars Stuff Twitter account. It was tweeted that production for the upcoming season had been completed, and a photo of a gift given to the costume crew was included in the original message.

“And what a wonderful season!” Weathers tweeted in response.

In The Mandalorian, Weathers portrays Greef Karga. Season 1 Episode 12, “The Siege,” was also directed by him, and he stated in a February 15 tweet that he will direct again in season 3.

Season 3 Cast List for ‘The Mandalorian’

Pedro Pascal, who will play the titular bounty hunter, as well as Weathers and Giancarlo Esposito, have been cast in Season 3 of The Mandalorian. Fans should expect to see more of Gideon in Season 3 of Better Call Saul, according to the show’s lead.

According to Metro in 2021, “He is that super-villain who is powerful and knows everything about technology and all these other stuff.” That’s all I’m saying for now. You’ll be seeing Moff again… and soon.”

TMZ reports that Christopher Lloyd will join The Mandalorian Season 3 as well. He was cast on March 18, and details of his reported guest-starring appearance are being kept under wraps by the show’s producers.

Rosario Dawson and Katee Sackhoff could reprise their roles as Ahsoka Tano and Bo-Katan in the upcoming episodes. After starring in The Mandalorian Season 2 as Boba Fett and Fennec Shand, Ming-Na Wen went on to star in the spinoff The Book of Boba Fett, which takes place concurrently with the plot arc of The Mandalorian.

When shooting on the spinoff began, Wen and the Boba Fett actors mistook it for The Mandalorian Season 3, according to Digital Spy. They soon discovered that it was all a ruse to hide the actual footage they were capturing. When asked if she and Morrison will be returning for the third season, Wen answered she had no idea if they would be.

“I don’t know.” You’re going to find out before I do, I’m afraid. They’ve got their ears to the ground, she remarked. To which he replied: “Come on, you’re questioning the wrong person. I didn’t even know I was shooting The Book of Boba Fett.”

The Mandalorian Season 3’s most pressing topic is undoubted whether or not Mark Hamill will reprise his role as Luke Skywalker. To the joy of fans, a digitally aged Hamill debuted in the Season 2 finale. There has been no official word on whether or not he will return.

The Mandalorian’ Season 3 Plotline

“Facing foes and rallying allies as they make their way through a treacherous galaxy in the turbulent era after the collapse of the Galactic Empire,” Disney+ defined Mando and Grogu/Baby Yoda’s trip in The Mandalorian Season 2.

Season 2’s finale hinted that Mando and Grogu would be apart until Season 3, but the Book of Boba Fett finale really depicted the reunion. The episode ended with a brief shot of Mando and Grogu soaring, setting the stage for the upcoming second season of The Mandalorian. This suggests that Boba Fett and Fennec Shand may feature in the upcoming season of Star Wars. However, only time will tell.

Esposito claimed that fans should expect The Mandalorian Season 3 to expand the franchise’s universe even further, even though creator and writer Jon Favreau maintain the secrets of the series a well-kept secret.

The universe is “vast and [has] so much to discover,” he said in an interview with People. I believe this season will lay the foundation for the depth and breadth of information that will be revealed in seasons three and four when you can expect to finally get some answers.

When Will the Third Season of ‘the Mandalorian’ Be Released?
