‘Tokyo Ghoul’ is one of the most popular dark fantasy anime shows to binge-watch. Based on the best-selling manga of all time, it is a Japanese epic fantasy anime series. Sui Ishida is the author and illustrator of this work. On the 8th of September, 2011, the first chapter of the manga series was released.
The manga was turned into an anime after a three-year wait. On July 4, 2014, Tokyo Ghoul’s first season premiered for the first time. In less than a year, the second season of Tokyo Ghoul A was released on January 9, 2015, followed by season three on April 3, 2018, and season four on October 9, 2018.

The Season 5 Plot of Tokyo Ghoul
Because the fifth season of Tokyo Ghoul would have to adopt a new story written by Ishida, there is no known plot for the upcoming series. There are no more manga stories to adjust after the four seasons that adapted the manga (except for Tokyo Ghoul A, which is a separate issue).
As for the possibility of a manga-authentic remake of season two, which is unlikely since Ishida himself wrote the story of Tokyo Ghoul A and the side-story being explored further, that would probably be released as an OVA, like [Jack] and PINTO.

As for the second season, Ishida himself wrote the story, which has some similarities to the manga but is mainly a reinterpretation of the second part of the manga itself. After the events that brought Ken Kaneki to Aogiri Tree, this story follows him.

Two OVA episodes, one of which is a prequel to Kish Arima’s youth before he entered the CCG became its best enforcer, are called [Jack]. Like [Jack] in the Tokyo Ghoul series, Tokyo Ghoul: Pinto is a part of the same narrative canon.
