As a sophomore, Bol Bol played for the high school’s varsity team and helped them beat McPherson High School in the Kansas Class 4A Division 1 championship game in March 2016. He then made the first team for his class, 4A1, and a month later, Kansas gave him a scholarship.
Bol Bol’s high school career didn’t end at Bishop Miege, but it did end there. In November 2016, he said he would attend Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California, for his junior year.
