Legal Issue
Four women came out in 2017 accusing Masterson of sexual abuse. After the authorities started an investigation, Danny vehemently refuted each and every charge. The United Talent Agency, Masterson’s talent agency, and “The Ranch” both fired him as a result of this discovery. In response to additional charges, Danny and the Church of Scientology were sued for stalking and harassment in 2019 by the four original plaintiffs.
These ladies asserted that they had been harassed, chased by Scientologists in cars, and secretly filmed. Chrissie Carnell Bixler, the wife of well-known singer Cedric Bixler-Zavala, was one of the four women. In addition, Cedric claimed that his dogs were being strangely given rat poison in the form of rolled-up pieces of raw meat and that Masterson had raped his wife (presumably by members of the Church of Scientology). These charges include Danny reportedly drugging women and threatening them with guns, among other terrible things.
Masterson was legally accused of raping three women in June of 2020. While the other two supposedly happened in 2003, the first allegedly happened in 2001. The ages of these women ranged from 23 to 28. It was the culmination of a three-year inquiry that had started in 2017. If Danny is found guilty, he may receive a 45-year prison sentence.
