Matthew David McConaughey was born in Uvalde, Texas, on November 4th, 1969. His mother, a retired kindergarten teacher, and father, a businessman in the oil industry, raised him. The estate in Austin, Texas, which he has owned for many years, is 10,000 square feet. He still holds many Airstream trailers there.
