Whitney Ann Cummings was born in Washington, D.C., on September 4, 1982. Her father, Eric Lynn Cummings, was a lawyer and venture capitalist, and her mother, Patricia, who goes by the nickname “Patti,” used to work as a Public Relations Executive.
