Ivana Trump, whose maiden name was Zelnickova, is remembered by many as the late first wife of former President Donald Trump, but he was only one of her four husbands.
The Czech-American businesswoman was married once before she married Donald. She died of a heart attack on July 14, 2022, at 73.
Ivana told Page Six in 2017 that after four failed marriages, she wasn’t looking for a new husband and didn’t date because that part of her life was “over.” Instead, she chose to spend time with her grandchildren.

Ivana married Alfred Winklmayr in Prague when she was 22 years old in November 1971.
Two years ago, the model and the Austrian ski instructor got married.
In 1990, Ivana’s lawyer told The Washington Post that the marriage was a “Cold War marriage” that “was never consummated.”
She seems to have only “wanted her freedom” from the communist government of Czechoslovakia at the time.
The news source says that Ivana got her Austrian passport in March 1972 and moved to Canada in September 1972. After a required waiting period, she ended her marriage in August 1973.
From 1977 to 1992, Donald Trump
Ivana met Donald in 1976 at Maxwell’s Plum restaurant in New York. At the time, she was a model living in Montreal and was 26 years old.
She told LiveSigning that the real estate mogul helped her and her friends get a table at the “packed” restaurant and then paid for dinner.

In April of 1977, they married in front of many socialites. In December of that year, they had their first child, Donald Trump Jr. Ivanka Trump, their daughter, born in October 1981, and Eric Trump, their youngest son, born in January 1984.
In 1988, Ivana became a naturalized citizen of the United States.
Ivana worked in key management positions at The Trump Organization for the 15 years she married Donald.
But they got a divorce in March 1992 after it came out that the businessman had been seeing Marla Maples.
Ivana told The Post that after they broke up, she wanted “total custody” of their kids.
She said, “That was not up for discussion,” and added, “Even if Donald and I had stayed together, I would have raised the kids.”

They were able to get along again and were friends before she died.

Riccardo Mazzucchelli, 1995-1997
In November 1995, Ivana married Riccardo Mazzucchelli, an Italian businessman who did business worldwide.
People say that he initially tried to propose a 10-carat diamond, but it didn’t work. Years later, he gave her a substantial Burmese sapphire, which she gladly took. For two years, they were married.
After getting divorced in 1997, Mazzucchelli told the outlet, “I loved Ivana a lot, and I think I did my best.” Donald did more for her than I did.
Later that year, Ivana sued Mazzucchelli for $15 million because she said he broke the part of their prenuptial agreement that said they couldn’t talk about each other.
Mazzucchelli then sued Ivana and Donald in the United Kingdom for libel.
They were able to work things out without going to court.
RadarOnline says that Mazzucchelli passed away in September 2017.

Rossano Rubicondi, 2008-2009
In April 2008, Ivana married Rossano Rubicondi, an Italian actor much younger than she was. The wedding occurred at Mar-A-Lago, a luxury club and resort Donald owns in Palm Beach, Florida.
Even though they divorced before their first anniversary, they were together and apart for most of the next ten years.
In 2018, they even danced together on “Dancing with the Stars” in Italy.
Ivana told Page Six the following year, “The relationship just ran its course.” “Rossano spends a lot of time in Italy, while I spend a lot of time in New York, Miami, and St-Tropez… The long-distance relationship does not work at all. We had fun and became friends. The breakup was friendly.”
In November 2021, Rubicondi died at the age of 49.
