WHAT IS IRONHEART ABOUT?
Ironheart centers around Riri Williams, also known as Ironheart, a modern Marvel superhero who dons sophisticated high-tech armor. Riri Williams made her MCU debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and is portrayed by Dominique Thorne. While she doesn’t possess innate superpowers, her armor equips her to take on powerful adversaries effectively.
In the Ironheart series, Riri Williams will confront Parker Robbins, also known as The Hood, played by Anthony Ramos.
From trailers released so far, we see Riri teaming up with The Hood, who is under the control of Mephisto, one of the most formidable villains in the Marvel Universe. When Disney Plus unveiled the Ironheart release schedule, there was a hidden clue indicating that Mephisto is expected to appear in episode 5 of Ironheart, titled “Karma’s A Glitch”.
