BLACK OPS 6 SEASON 4 RELOADED RELEASE DATE (EXPECTED)
Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Season 4 Reloaded is expected to release on Thursday, June 26, 2025. As usual, Season 4 Reloaded should begin at the following times – 9:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM GMT.
According to the Battle Pass countdown, Season 5 is set to start on July 24, 2025, making late June the logical halfway point of the current season. This timing matches the release pattern of earlier COD Reloaded updates. Typically, new seasonal content is introduced on either the first or last Thursday of a month.
BLACK OPS 6 SEASON 4 RELOADED: NEW CONTENT
While we await official full details, the official COD blog has revealed some of the content planned for Season 4 Reloaded. Check out all the major additions below:
NEW MAPS
Fringe returns to Call of Duty for the first time since Black Ops 3, updated with refreshed visuals specifically for BO6. The map is set around the Rolling Hill distillery, an inviting site that supports classic three-lane combat, featuring accessible buildings throughout. Iconic structures, such as the barn, bridge, and bar, remain in their original locations.
The second new post-launch map is called Eclipse, located inside an underground nightclub in Avalon. The compact arena centers on a dance floor, includes destructible walls on the sides, and is illuminated by flashing neon lights. Players can check out the DJ Booth, though there won’t be much time to DJ during intense combat.
NEW WEAPONS
The Olympia double-barrel shotgun returns to Black Ops 6, expected to be a formidable threat on close-quarters maps. This straightforward weapon delivers heavy damage but has very limited range.
Additionally, Season 4 Reloaded will introduce a new melee weapon, the Pickaxe, capable of eliminating enemies with a single hit. However, it is effective only at close to medium distances.
NEW GAME MODE
The only newly confirmed game mode for this mid-season update is Party Ops. Details remain scarce, but this Limited Time Mode (LTM) will drop players into a randomized assortment of party-themed minigames. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
NEW ZOMBIES CONTENT
Two new LTMs for Zombies mode are coming with Season 4 Reloaded:
- Starting Room – Inspired by the classic ‘Moon’ Zombies map, this mode traps players in the starting zone of the selected map. Essential features like Pack-A-Punch, Mystery Boxes, Gobblegums, and more are disabled. Despite these limitations, waves of zombies remain relentless, and the objective is to survive for as many rounds as possible.
- Abomination Challenges – This LTM sends the Zombies crew to a distorted version of Liberty Falls to hunt a highly powered Abomination enemy.
