Millbrook, AL — The Millbrook Police Department is currently investigating a theft that occurred on Friday, June 13, 2025, around 12:30 p.m. outside a residence located at 3741 Grandview Road.

According to Millbrook Police, on the specified date and time, following a delivery at 3741 Grandview Road, a UPS driver was approached by an unidentified male. The man reportedly asked the driver if he could retrieve his package from the delivery truck and presented a photograph of an identification card on his phone, which displayed the correct name and address for the delivery.

Believing the request to be valid, the UPS driver handed the package over to the individual. It was subsequently discovered that the man was not authorized to receive the package, which was valued at $1,758.91. The suspect departed the location in a blue Mazda 3.
